Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using MarketOS.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MarketOS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MarketOS Inc.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Software.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the license fee, we grant you a:
Non-Exclusive
We may grant similar licenses to other users.
Non-Transferable
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your license.
Perpetual
Your license does not expire.
Single User
License is for one individual user.
You may install the Software on multiple computers that you own, provided you are the sole user.
License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, distribute, or share the Software with any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
Software Delivery
MarketOS is delivered via email on a case-by-case basis:
- Your payment is processed through Stripe
- We manually review each order for verification
- Software installer is emailed within 24 hours
- Download and install on your computer
If you haven't received your software within 48 hours, please contact us.
API Keys & Third-Party Services
MarketOS requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
- Complying with the terms of service of each API provider
- All costs associated with API usage
- Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
MarketOS connects directly to Third-Party Services using your API keys. We do not act as an intermediary.
Updates & Support
Your purchase includes:
Lifetime Updates
Updates delivered via email or in-app mechanism at our discretion.
Technical Support
Email-based support on a best-effort basis.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Stripe:

Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered.
Exceptions may be considered for duplicate purchases or non-delivery issues. Contact us for support before requesting a refund.
Disclaimers
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free. Your use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketOS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.
